About Dave »

I'm a high school teacher and the head boys varsity basketball coach at a Michigan high school.

My passion lies in Michigan professional sports teams and I support each and every one of them, no matter how bad they're doing.

As fas as college sports go, I'm a Michigan Wolverine fan and a Central Michigan Chippewa fan (2005 alum). My two favorite teams are Michigan and whoever is playing Michigan State at the moment. This tradition has gone back to 1989 when I went as a Michigan Football player for my kindergarten halloween parade. Also, in 1991 I received a Michigan State sweater for Christmas and my dad whispered to me, "You don't have to wear that if you don't want to." I'm proud to say that in my 26 years on his earth, I have never once worn an article of MSU apparel.
