Hi, I'm Salim Valji. Currently I am in high school in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; but my goal is to become a sports writer and attend Ryerson University (in Toronto) after high school. Most wins by a starting pitcher....every so often you will have a Crosby or Tavares come along to smash The Great One's records, but it doesn't happen in baseball a whole lot

    To be honest, you're the best person to be contacting people—not only do I have a non-impressive amount of contacts (a scout in the Nashville Preds organization, a few London Knights employees, and a few former knights, and the list of teams' media-dealing personnel etcetera), because you're doing the interview, I've always found it to be more impressive coming from the person interested—if you include more people things get lost in translation and whatnot.

    If I could be of more help, I definitely would though, but we're technically in the same boat with connections. You have contacted the right guy though, and if you don't hear back at first, just keep trying Salim.

    Hey Salim,

    I hope you've been enjoying the new and improved Bleacher Report—we're really happy with the feedback we've received so far.
