Sports is a true passion of mine. From watching to playing, to fantasy sports to just sitting down talking and debating sports I love everything about it. I am from Grand Rapids, Michigan and am a fan of all things sports in the state of Michigan.
I have written about several different sports here on B/R, but currently I am focusing in on fantasy sports, specifically fantasy basketball as I am the lead writer on fantasy basketball at http://rotoprofessor.com/basketball, a site run by Eric Stashin, one of the featured columnists for fantasy baseball and football here on B/R.
I am always willing to help out with fantasy advice on any sport and you can leave a question or comment anytime on one of my articles or send me an e-mail at madeofclay@gmail.com. You can also follow me on Twitter @Will_Overton for fantasy insight, opinions and links.
Will, site scheduled to launch July 19 ( http://swooshnation.com/staff-forum/116-target-launch-date-july-19.html#116 )! Please try to play your part by posting in forums until launch. Thanks!
I think you have a good start under your belt. It was a good idea to get a Lesnar article into your resume so that more people would be viewing your work and giving you some exposure to the site.
I would just say that you should do your best to keep your points clear and concise. Make sure to do your research and back up your points as well. It is fine to say you think Nogueira could beat Couture, but back it up, too.
I look forward to seeing some more MMA articles. Try mix up your articles with fresh ideas between the classics that get readers (i.e. Kimbo, Tito and Lesnar).
Good start!
I wrote on the league message board...shared my thoughts on the roster configurations and settings of the league. Thanks for the invite.
Hi Will,
I'm interested in the fantasy league....could you let me know what the setup is and all that, and the login info.
Thanks,
Jarek
Hey Will,
Let me know the details for the baseball league.
Thanks
Hey Will ,
I hope you've been enjoying the new and improved Bleacher Report—we're really happy with the feedback we've received so far.
Just thought I'd let you know that next week we'll be launching the site to the world with some public announcements, and thus it'd be great to get a contribution from you between now and Tuesday to make Bleacher Report's launch a success.
Let me know if you need any help with ideas or have questions. Have a great weekend Will !
Zander
Will, that sounds great. I'd be happy to be a part.
Sounds like fun, if you've got a spot i'm in
Yeah, that'd be cool. Let me know
Hey- I signed up and it all looks good. I'm glad we're going with traditional 5x5 roto.
It's your league and I'm not going to tell you what to do with it, but I'd rather not start two catchers. I mean we're really going to have to dip into the Ronny Paulinos of the world if we do that.
Looks good though
