Scott's Bio

I'm 26 years old, married, and have a dead end job. The only good thing about having said dead end job, is that it allows me the time, and opportunity, to write about sports online, seeing how I don't have any real work to do.

I do my best to keep up with the sports world, but have found out that getting married puts a stop to a lot of the sports watching I used to do. It used to be all sports, all day, all night, but now it's filled with dinners together (at restaurants without tv's), reality television shows, and nasty remarks about how all I want to do is watch sports. I don't know what I was thinking! :)

I live in Chicago. I am a Michael Jordan kind of guy. I'm a Bulls, Cubs, and semi-Bears fan. I follow Notre Dame football and Ohio State football. I am an avid, crazed Duke Blue Devil fan, but my ties to DePaul University are strong, as well, seeing as how I played for them. If they ever met in the Championship Game, I wouldn't know what to do. Other than those teams, I'm a big Yankees fan, as well. If them and the Cubs ever met in the Series, my allegiance would be tested for both teams, but I would probably lean towards the team that had the players I found most deserving of a title.

I could go on for hours talking about sports, and only hope to meet a few people who share my enthusiasm. Happy writing.

    Hey Scott,

    I hope you've been enjoying the new and improved Bleacher Report—we're really happy with the feedback we've received so far.
