I have always been a fight fan. I trained in various combative arts over the years, from boxing, kick-boxing,and numerous martial arts. Mostly I dabbled out of interest and for the workouts but over the years I have grown to appreciate the fine sports of Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) even more. I have my own insights and opinions into fights and the fighters as well, brought on by a lifetime of being a fan and having been exposed to various influences of the martial arts.
