Erik was born in Long Island, New York on November 20th, 1985. He began taking an interest in professional wrestling in 1994 after seeing the Shawn Michaels-Razor Ramon ladder match which hooked him on the sport. Erik graduated from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, VA in 2007 with a BFA in Theatre with a minor in Communications. Erik was one of the founding members of www.wrestlingepicenter.com as well as a co-host of The Interactive Interview from 2004 to 2006. During this time he contributed to numerous websites with his column "Headlocks and Hardshots". He began writing a book for ECW Press in 2005 concerning the business and creative reasons for the decline of WWE's fortunes in 2002 to the present but abandoned the project when the market became saturated. He is currently in Chicago, acting on stage. His favorite professional wrestlers of all time are Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho, Edge and Sting.
