iowa's Bio

I was born into a Packer Family, raised on football and fishing. After the 29 year drought when Bart Starr and Lombardi left, I could not have been happier to meet Brett Favre. Exciting to watch! Even moving to Iowa could not keep us away. In spite of his flaws, Brett favre is a hero of mine.

I've enjoyed my time at Bleacher Report and made some good friends. I have a hard time with writers who think they can read minds and know everything that goes on behind closed doors with sports figures.

No, I am not primarily an Iowa Hawkeye Fan -- I went to Iowa State University. But if it's from Iowa, its bound to be good. Iowa produced Kyle Orton, Sage Rosenfels, Kurt Warner, Shonn Greene, Seneca Wallace, Aaron Kampman and many more great football players. We also have contribued great athletes to Golf, Zach Johnson, and tennis, Andy Roddick. We are the homestate of the Great Dan Gable, olympic quality wresting at both our state Universities, and Olympic Gold medalists Dana Torre and Dancing with the Stars Champion and gold medalist, Shawn Johnson.
