Proud daddy and husband. I love baseball, the Yanks in particular. I cherish a good little league game.

I have sat cage side for countless MMA fights, and also worked as a cage side commentator for various events. Announcing is a lot of fun but it is interacting with the fighters and organizations that is my passion.

I have interviewed dozens of fighters you have never heard of but have made it my lifes work to make sure you know their names for tomorrow. And I have also interviewed multiple world champions and fighters from various organizations including UFC, Strikeforce, WEC, and Bellator athletes.

I enjoy writing anything I can about MMA. Roots, regional stuff in particular. I work very hard to spread the word of local events, fighters, organizations, anything MMA. I am very proud of my accomplishements here on the BR. I am proud to say my work has somehow found its way to the CBS Sports, Fox Sports, Sports Illustrated, ESPN, and USA Today MMA sections. Wierd I know.

I believe heavily in positivity within the sport of MMA and work hard to ensure that I promote the sport in the most positive fashion I can. There are more than enough vultures out there to trash it, I will stay the course of positive reinforcement.

I am the lead writer and Vice President for hurtsbad.com, where I have a weekly radio spot on Thursday. This is my primary home and this is where I do a majority of my networking at the regional level. Drop me a note if there is something I can do for you.

    I absolutely loved the GSP-shouldn't-fight-Silva article! I've been thinking and saying many of the same things and everybody just shouts down any logical approach to the idea. I don't usually assign much credence to Sonnen's rants but the one about 'P4P king' being crap is true. Your's is the best take I've seen on the subject (probably meaning that it's the one closest to my own opinion but, Hey, it's a genuine and heart-felt compliment.

    Apparently these Jack-wagon censors take issue to anyone putting down the Yankees.

    The absolute worst part about it was me stating "TJ - I'm having a tough time being cordial with you now that the Sox are 78 friggin' games behind your Yanks"
