Nothing made me more happier than watching DMC tear it up like a stud, for the couple of games that he played in last year. I felt like a kid again and remembered how I felt when I used to watch Marv Hubbard, Clem Daniels, Mark VanEghen, and Marcus Allen run wild on defenses.(YEAH, I'm that old) I loved the fact that DMC looked to me, even more explosive than any of the Raider greats I before mentioned. But the bottom line is this... DMC lacks heart, toughness, and endurance and he's just to damn fragile to ever become a Raider "GREAT" back. Maybe a "GOOD" Raider back but never a "GREAT" Raider back, like the guys I've mentioned. Five years of watching this guy play just a couple of games during the entire season, is more than I can stand. He is not getting any younger and his best days are probably gone. That's why I say trade him now when you can still get something worth while for him. But ultimately just like you, I am sick and tired of losing and long for a return of the glory days and greatness of the past. I BLEED BLACK AND SILVER FOREVER!!!
Yeah DMC is a beast. 25% of the season because he's chronically hurt. I question his toughness and since he's a prima donna, who wants to play w/ a package like that? DMC certainly is not a "team" player. Why was he so pathetic in the games he played this year and don't tell me it's because of a lousy OL. He was running behind a lousy OL last year before he hurt his little footsie. Unload him now while the Raiders may still be able to get something for him decent in a trade. Or maybe that's why he still is a Raider. Know other team wants to touch him.
