After nearly a decade working in the political realm, I decided to switch gears and give this whole writing thing a try. I've been writing for B/R for just over a year and I couldn't be happier with the opportunities that have been afforded to me. The sports world is my first love, but I'm down to write about just about anything that piques my interest. I hope you'll check out my personal blog and follow me on Twitter to learn more about me!

RE: 30 Athlete Instagrams That Were Just a Bad Idea:
(I hope this message comes across as constructive criticism--that is my intention.)
While I found your slide selection interesting, I also found a lot of simple errors/typos.
A few examples:
21. "So perhaps there's more than means the eye going on—he could just like the letter "W." (the expression should be "more than meets the eye".)
13. "But something tells me his Instagram followers here (hear) a lot more about his wins.
Money is going to be his (hit) particularly hard by his inevitable bankruptcy."
Maybe you have a friend/colleague who could proofread your pieces before they are posted. It would make reading them less jarring as well as enhance your writing reputation.
Your 600th fan. Why not? Cheers.
