Cameron's Bio

I can be described as a sports enthusiast. I eat, sleep, and breathe sports at my highschool and on ESPN.

I was born in Baltimore and moved to Georgia shortly after. I love to play basketball, football, and golf. Fishing and playing poker are other fun activities.

Other hobbies include going to the movies, the pool, Six Flags, the beach, and up to Baltimore to visit the family. Jamming out on guitar hero or playing real guitar is all good. Of course I am heavily involved with my Church, inlcuding youth group.

My favorite bands of all time include Jimi Hendrix Experience, Bob Marley and the Wailers, ELO, CCR, Bruce Springsteen, Earth, Wind, and Fire, Rolling Stones, Beatles, Boston, Led Zeppelin, Billy Joel, John Mellencamp, Elton John, The Temptations, AC/DC, Eric Clapton, The Eagles, pretty much any thing that's classic rock or even the newer stuff like Oasis, O.A.R., a little Cold Play, some Weezer, I'll listen to anything.

  1. Thanks for the note, Cameron. I appreciate it.

  2. Hey Cameron, I just wrote an article on my blog and I was wondering what you think. Here's a link!

  3. Thanks for the encouragement, Cameron!

  5. Hey Cameron -

Congrats on winning the Bracketbreaker Challenge. To claim your prize, please send your t-shirt size and address to dave (at) bleacherreport (dot) com.

    Thanks,
    Dave

  6. You had Davidson going to the Sweet Sixteen in your bracket? I didn't...

Now my bracket is filled with red high-liter...

  7. Four number one seeds? That's almost cheating...:D

  8. Yes, I am! Thank you Stephon Curry, huh?

By the way, how does your Final Four look now? I am ashamed to say that I had Georgetown in mine, but not anymore.

I had UNC, Georgetown, Memphis, and UCLA. UNC-UCLA final, with UCLA winning by 13.

  9. Lol, thanks man!

  10. Not a tank-top...

    A chef's hat.

    And no, I don't cook.

  11. I went to my last arizona game for the season (unless by some freak accident we end up in the final four, which in case i'll basically be doing almost anything to fly to san antonio) when we played stanford. what a lame game. anyway, I didn't look for your gpapa but I can next year! the student entrance is located away from the sports museum part so it's difficult to check it out on game day. they reserve the nice entrance for the million dollar seat people.

  12. 70's R&B and soul rules!

  13. C,

Unfortunately I don't have time to do much direct editing these days...and I won't be able to get to your latest. For whatever it's worth, it looks pretty good on first glance...so don't sell yourself short. There should be plenty of other editors coming through to today--so keep me posted on how everything works out.

    Best,

    RA

  14. Cameron,
Good job. In college, not sure I agree on the importance of the OC (or coaching in general). It's more a recruiting game.

But I enjoyed the article. Keep up the good work!

    Thanks,
    Sean

  15. C,

Looks like your latest already got edited--nice work, BTW. Let me know if you hit any snags down the road...

    RA
