I started writing when I was still a little kid, and started training Tae Kwon Do about the same time. Throughout my life, I never stopped.
I've written for websites and magazines, blogs and forums, and currently have a book in the works. I've also trained in two forms of Tae Kwon Do, American Kickboxing, Wah Lum Kung Fu including San Shou, and currently train with Gracie Barra in Orlando for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA and Muay Thai Kickboxing.
After browsing B/R, I figured it might be worth a shot combining my two longest loves into one. Hopefully you will enjoy.
