last time i checked its the QB that throws TD's and completions. The defense is meant to stop them from scoring and get the ball back to the QB. In Super Bowl XLIII I saw both teams score and the defense dint do all the scoring by itself so ben roethlisberger has something to do with that. it takes the whole team to win a super bowl which means the offense and defense.
