My main concern with the Knicks is the uncertainty of the Melo situation. If they trade him, it really depends on what they get back. If he stays, that team is filled with so many bad contracts (Chandler, Felton, JR, Amare), that it's hard to like their outlook.
Now, when I wrote the piece, they hadn't signed Phil Jackson yet. If he comes in and turns things around, I may regret leaving them off. But it's hard to like the future of a team that may be losing one of the 10 best players in the league.
I agree with all your points and that's why I see the Mirotic and another player like stephenson in free agency and your draft picks would be the right pick, and you could keep Taj and however else. Because of his age and his potential and his position Mirotic could be a 20 10 guy, all star player.
I agree with that claim, but no matter what there going to have to amnesty boozer. And Mirotic is a great prospect hes bearly 23 years old, so they could really hit the jackpot with him. And i don't understand what your trying to say about a weaker bench?
Don't think it will affect his development. Maybe his draft stock though
No thanks bud.
I love the 2nd one. We really don't need any more picks because we aren't rebuilding. We should focus on winning now. Chandler will be an anchor down low, imagine trying to score on a Serge Ibaka and Tyson Chandler front line. And Hardaway adds a lot of bench depth.
We have Lamb and Adams who both have potential to develop into future starters at the SG and C spots for OKC. We just need to develop them correctly. Yet again Brooks is giving precious PT to Fisher instead of Lamb *sigh*
Stupid of him to do that. You need a pic.
No one. Don't want him.
