Rich is Writer/Editor/Webmaster of www.fightnewsunlimited.com and www.xyiencesucks.com among many others. He began his writing career with a few short pieces published in small magazines and moved on to newspaper writing in 2000. He worked for afternoon daily papers in Massachusetts and New Hampshire before branching out to do freelance writing in 2006. His most recent magazine article is set to appear in the June, 2012 issue of American Legion Magazine. He has thousands of articles in newsprint and in publication across the Internet.
Rich's online work chronicles a vast variety of subjects from how to pieces to special assignments to original investigative reports. He is also a co-host of a weekly radio show at www.fightradio.info, and he's interviewed a who's who of the combat sports industry since 2006.
Bergeron's writing when it comes to boxing is also coming from first hand experience as a bronze medalist in collegiate boxing during his lone season in competition (1998) as an exchange student at Virginia Military Institute. Bergeron also trained other boxers as the coach of a club team at Norwich University, which did not have an inter-collegiate squad. He began following MMA in 2006 and Fight News Unlimited is the result of his vision to cover multiple combat sports under one banner.
Rich also does some limited work outside of sports writing and is planning two book projects at the moment. One of the books will chronicle his pursuit of the truth behind the business operations of the Fertitta Brothers and Zuffa, LLC.
Oh wow a big thumbs down from a guy who has written like 5 articles in 2 years. I am so hurt.
