Daniel 's Bio

I live in Fargo, ND with my family and grew-up in Minnesota as a fan of everything MN. Loved Duke basketball - still have a little crush. I have played multiple sports in my life and gotten hurt doing all of them. I also play a hand-full of instruments - much better than I play any sport that ends with "ball".

College basketball, NBA, Soccer and the three main sports I watch and follow. The three greatest sporting events; 1. March Madness 2. World Cup 3. NBA Finals.

My main focus when writing on Bleacher Report thus far has been college basketball and I recently became the ACC Community Leader. I have had a few of those articles featured on CBS Sportlines and Fox Sports

I just started a sports only blog called Double the Post and has many of the same posts; http://doublethepost.wordpress.com/

My greatest sports achievement: My brother was a state MN Cross Country Champion and I watched him run a lot.

Please contact me with any questions, concerns, praise, crtiques, poems, or comments at djdamico@hotmail.com.

  3. A Story From A True Patriots Fan...check this one out...

    http://bleacherreport.com/articles/164812-a-story-from-a-true-patriots-fan

  4. I am surprised by the number of people who actually want to reserve the right to bad-mouth their teams! I offer constructive criticism, of course, but one in particular wants to be able to say, "they suck," if they do.

I don't get it. Will YOU take the pledge?

  5. Hey Daniel

If you've ever spent any time in a gym, you'll appreciate this one.

  7. Wow, someone on here that I recognize! Tell Mrs. Damico I said hi and hope Isaiah is doing well.

  8. Great stuff on the blog. Being Duke fan, might find it interesting that Singler was a better fantasy guy than Hansborough:

  9. What Do Overambitious Boo Boys at Arsenal Expect of Their Average Team?

Enjoy the rest of the Season!

    Jamie

  11. Hey Daniel,

If you're interested, I've projected what the ACC will look like in March (it's set in stone! why even play the games? ;)

    http://bleacherreport.com/articles/118501-longview-projecting-the-rest-of-the-acc-season

Looks like the ACC is climbing back into the "best conference" discussion, FWIW ... I think Oklahoma is likely to stumble a couple times along the way and the BE / ACC will share those top seeds ...

Hope you're doing well - take care!
