Parker will have an immediate impact, but I can't look over Wiggins potential. But I wouldn't be surprised at all if I am proven wrong there because Parker has a very bright future. As for Joel Embiid, I have my doubts, just like every other center projected to go 1st overall. Today's game just isn't center oriented, but someone like Embiid can make a huge impact like Roy Hibbert defensively, but if he can be a viable offensive option, he can dominate the game. Tim Duncan is so damn special. I would still put him up there, at age 37 and still averaging a double double!
Paul George definitely isn't the best defender in the league. He's up there regarding perimeter defense but he isn't number one. And he struggles offensively. The same with Melo but switch offence and defense. Neither of those guys r top 5. Griffin over Melo easy and Curry over George shouldn't even be a debate.
