About

I've worked for my college daily, strung for another daily and in general can't get enough sports-writing. Ever since I received an Ohio State Buckeyes uniform on my third Christmas, sports began flowing through my veins, providing as much lively-hood as the blood accompanying them.

I spent the first 18 years of my life within an hour's drive of Cleveland and have paid for my allegiance to the city's teams ever since as they repeatedly flounder in the spotlight. At least I've always had the Ohio State Buckeyes to tide me over.

Beyond my unshakable love for American football, I enjoy basketball and soccer, with baseball and hockey nipping at their heels. My one time covering rugby--the U-19 national championships--only made we want more. I try to give every sport a chance to impress.

    Hey Jon,

I've just posted a story about the global evolution of tennis and the increasing popularity of the sport. I've put a lot of time and effort into it, and I'd be really grateful to get any feedback you have.

If you get a chance to check it out, that would be great.

    Thanks,
