Hey John. Once Keep Hatin gets involved in discussions I tend to dissapear. Too much vitriol. Plus that thread was getting loooong.
Thanks for the healthy debate. Yeah. . .I think too fast for my writing sometimes and I don't write what I intend to or I confuse myself. Either way, you make great points. I need to figure out a way to respond and think out my responses before typing. Leadership and the 'it' factor is hard to explain without sounding contradictory.
