Chris Kucharski has been writing about sports since 1997. He was the editor of Pittsburgh Sports Digest which was one of the first regional sports websites on the internet. In 2000, he took a position with the NSN Sports Network which covered high school sports in PA,FL,TX and OH.

In 2001, he was hired by Tribune-Review Publishing as the Online Sports Editor where he oversaw and created content for PittsburghLIVE. Part of PittsburghLIVE were SteelersLIVE, PenguinsLIVE and PiratesLIVE. Chris became the editor and featured writer for all of these entities. While working at the Trib, he also started Black 'N' Gold Radio, one of the first sports podcasts online. The show as so popular that it was picked up by ClearChannel as part of the Steelers Radio Network pregame shows on Sunday. The show was simulcast on Fox Sports Radio 970 and broadcast live from Station Square. Chris also started hosting The Baseball Show which had a three-year run on Saturdays during the baseball season. He would also fill-in and was a regular guest on the Locker Room with Tunch and Wolf and for Savran on Sports. He has also been a featured writer for the fantasy football website 4for4.com for the past six years.

Chris was the color analyst for Duquesne University Football for six years, co-host of the Red Zone Media Scoreboard Show and color analyst of the Comcast HS Football Game of the Week for three years. He broadcast 27 PIAA playoff games including 8 championship games as well as the Big 33 game.

Currently, Chris is the voice of Valley View High School athletics located in Archbald PA. where he broadcasts approximately 70 sporting events a year. He also is the owner of the Northeast Pa Football Network which is the premier source for high school football in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Region.

Chris is a 1990 graduate of Syracuse University and still lists his greatest sports moment as the 2003 Orange National Championship in Men's Basketball.
