Joe, while I agree with you that 3 years is too long for this "transition", you have to understand that RR had basically nothing for his offensive scheme when he got here and several punks quit and transferred. So RR recruited what he knows best, offensive players for his system. He had hoped that the DCs could work with those players helping them adapt to the 3-3-5, but they did not. RR is also stubborn about changing the defensive scheme, there has to be some give and take, but in RR's defense...somewhat...even though he hired him, Greg Robinson is an idiot. He's had 2 years trying to teach these kids only defense and has failed miserably.
