I'm a Detroit area native who's been living elsewhere around the country for almost a decade now. I will always be rooting for Michigan bred teams (U of M over MSU) but that doesn't cloud my view of other organizations. For instance, I hate the Packers for what they've been doing to the Lions, for as long as I've been alive at least, but I'll be the first to tell you that they are, perhaps, the best NFL franchise in existence.
