    I'd say DEFINITELY! The only 1 out there who can possibly beat Manny is Floyd and since that fight seems to be going farther and farther away, I say "HAPPY CHERRY PICKING CONGRESSMAN" LOL!!! Everyone will get to fight him eventually, just fall in line and wait for their turn.

    And Martinez being two divisions heavier than Pacman and the fact that Pacman's heaviest weight is 148lbs, this fight will be a long shot to possibility unless Manny turned Superman and move up to Martinez' division or if Martinez will move down to 148lbs.
