Alabama and Auburn: A Rumble Of a Rivalry
11/22/2009
I am a fan of Football, Baseball and Track & Field. I attended Auburn University during the first Pat Dye years so Auburn is my first passion. I grew up in Alabama watching Bear Bryant Alabama teams and I follow the Tide closely to this day. I have lived in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and California so I find myself interested in sports and teams from these states as well. My first attention is devoted to college football in general. My goal is to provoke thought and fan participation. I think the more fans that are outspoken and involved the better all sports will be. My ambition is to learn as much as I can about everything I can and pass that along so that the knowledge can be shared.
I have a wife and three boys spaced 12 years from oldest to youngest. We have two Border Collies, Ben and Fefur that keep us company. We are older to be parents, so our young children keep us active. My wife is Swedish so my boys are quite fond of snow, cold weather and the Nordic sports. I have never developed an interest in either.
Kevin, enjoyed reading your article. I agree with Jonathan about Alabama blowing out Auburn. I disagree with you about Florida being pretty much the same team...
