Hey Ally, I contribute to a local sports blog, and I was wondering what I would need to do to get involved with the Giants and AT&T park. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
I'm happy to help, Ally!
Loved your A's videos. keep up the good work and good luck with the Fan Cave.
Hey Ally,
I really liked your 10 Dumbest MLB Contract Clauses article. It was really interesting/funny.

Hey Ally,
I think you will find my take on the job Beane has done very interesting. I really break it down for you. Check it out and let me know what you think when you have a chance. Thanks.

Billy Beane has actually paid a lot more attention to defense since the book, so there has been adaptation. The problem is two-fold. First, you are right in that there has to be balance. However, the bigger issue is that there is less inefficiency in the market to exploit. In 2002 he was the only one of his kind. Now, half the league uses analytical research. That number will grow as the Cubs, Orioles, and probably the Astros change regimes. Those teams have more money and when you have brains and dollars the A's can't compete. I wouldn't be surprised to see Beane bolt one of these days to a place that has more resources.

Ally williams i enjoyed your article about ellis trade rumors. i created this trade because i am bias. i'm a long time celtics fan and a gs season ticket holder. as crazy at it seems let it sink in. it actually benefits all teams involved.
what was your opinion? thanks for your time and consideration.
how about this bockbuster trade:
-golden state receives: ray allen and avery bradley, glen davis, turkoglu
-orlando receives: kevin garnette, a. biedrins, and monta ellis
-boston recieves: dwight howard and jj redick
Why it works: orlando has to know that they very well might loose dwight howard to boston next yr as boston will have the cap space to give dwight howard a huge contract. orlando might be better of trading dwight and getting something before he leaves on his own. orlando get's kg a center in beidrins and monta ellis. I doubt any team can create a better offer. biedrins wouldn't have to do much more than clog the paint and listen to kg's intructions with so few 7 footers in the league and one more retiring all of a sudden biedrins trade value has went up. monta will put up huge points every game and kg could stay were he likes to shoot from keeping his leg's young( ellis is even better than rose at getting in the paint imo). orlando would still be a playoff team with a good coach in vangundy.
- the warriors get experience and a fan favorite in ray allen. they also get a young avery bradley who is taller than ellis. with lee and jeremy tyler ainge can convince them to split with biedrins if the experience of turkoglu is thrown in. davis can play the pf and c. not to mention how the warriors ticket sales would increase with the 3 pt king playing for them( who better to guide thompson than allen?) ray allen and davis bring the tuff celtics defense to gs
- the celtics get dwight howard(need i say more?) and a very underrated shooter in jj reddick. (ever see ray allen and reddick match up?) the reconstruction starts sooner than expected or than the big 3 would like but let's face it the lockout doesn't help the c's so danny ainge should go for the trade of a lifetime
on espn nba trade machine this trade was succesfull and the warriors expected wins increased by 3.
