What's there to say about me? From the time I was little, I wanted to be involved in sports in someway. But by the time I was about 10, I realized it wasn't going to be as an athlete. It wasn't until I reached high school that the idea of a sportswriter really dawned on me. And it all took off from there, from high school to Penn State University, where I graduated in 2010 with a degree in Journalism and a minor in English. In between that was a four-year stint at The Daily Collegian, covering everything from hockey to men's gymnastics.
I'm a diehard NHL guy and it begins and ends with the New York Rangers. I've lived through other championships in my life, but very little will mean more than the Stanley Cup in 1994. Mostly because it may have to last me another 54 years, but partly because it is to this day the only time in my life that I have been able to successfully perform a cartwheel. It was that series (which I feel is one of the greatest championship series I've ever seen) that also gave me a lot of respect for the Vancouver Canucks and the eventual casual fandom. I'm also a fan of the New York Yankees, Philadelphia Phillies and New York Giants.
I know what you're thinking. How can there be someone who's a Yankees and a Phillies fan. It's a long story, and I'll leave it at that.
I'll try to be funny, even though I probably won't be, but I'll definitely try to be thought-provoking and accurate. Feel free to comment. From now on, I'll try my hardest to make sure I reply to as many as possible.
Looks like I'm late to the party. Didn't realize you were such a big presence here Copain! Good for you, hope all is well!

Hey Thomas,
I've just posted a story about the global evolution of tennis and the increasing popularity of the sport. I've put a lot of time and effort into it, and I'd be really grateful to get any feedback you have.
If you get a chance to check it out, that would be great.

Thanks,

Is this article a joke? Edmonton doesnt need another goalie, especially not a journeyman bum, Montreal doesnt need another dman, Carolina is not a small team, they have 8 guys on their roster that are 6' 2" or bigger, 5 of which are more than 6' 2" and no matter what they do Toronto will never be a cup contender.
