Born and raised in Wisconsin I was brought up bratwurst and cheese. I grew up in town of around 12,000 people moving to a small farm around the age of 13. We weren’t full-fledged farmers but raised beef cattle and sheep. During my free time I would camp, fish, hunt, and play hockey with our team winning the state championship in our division my junior year in high school. I attended Herzing College in Madison and received a degree in Computer Information Science with an emphasis in programming working my way through school cooking in kitchens ranging from fine dining to sports bars. Before working at Trackvia I was a business analyst with EDS working on a contract with the state health department. I decided to move to Colorado in 2007 since I’ve always had a passion for the mountains. Since moving here I’ve managed to do a 14 mile round trip backpack trip gaining and descending 2000 ft of elevation in the Mount Zirkel wilderness area, learned how to catch a fish on a fly rod in the Big Thompson River, rafted the Yampa River in Steamboat Springs, and went to Rockies, Avalanche, and Broncos games in Denver. Next up, Elk hunting!
Let me introduce myself--I am the community leader for the Green Bay Packers. I am here to be a resource for you in any way I can so you can keep writing great articles about the best team in the world! That includes being ready to edit for things such as presentation (like paragraph and sentence breaks), grammar, punctuation, etc. The message is all yours! Let me know if you have any questions or any other things I can help with!
