Hey, thank you. That makes sense!
I tried out the equation again, twice—once with the 10, once without. It's actually easier without it, lol.
Fancy helping w/ one more? Not a quadratic this time (well it was originally part of one, but it's just this specific technique I'm not sure of :P).
2(4x + 5)(3x - 2)
Do I go...
2(12x² - 8x + 15x - 10)
= 24x²- 16x + 30x - 10
= 24x² + 14x - 10
OR do I go...
2 x 12x² - 8x + 15x - 10
= 24x² + 7x - 10
??
And how are you, amMy? Seems like it's been a while... :-)

Still enjoying those beethoven's!
I quoted you in my latest:

(this is a comment on Rob York's piece. I just needed to do a little more to refresh my memory about Sampras' career. I decided to write it up.)

Hi anti! Enjoyed the discussion on Rob's AA article. As always, you challenge me to deeper thinking, which is precisely why I am your fan. I love it when someone forces me to use more than the usual resources to defend my position, and you have a unique ability to do just that. LOVE the way your mind works.
That being the case, I would hope you have the time to stop by and read this brilliant work by my friend, Bob Warja:

You hadn't heard "Reign of Error" before? Thanks.

No Problem, you may well like it but as an editor I have to give you constructive criticism to help you improve, you need to keep your readers engaged and wanting to read the article from start to finish whether they are knowledgeable tennis fans or not. Sending the reader to sleep is not good for anyone but as I say with hard work and practise I have ever confidence that we will see big improvements from you :-)

:O
You don't know bonfire night?!
Wait...maybe it's a British thing, lol :P
Remember, remember, the fifth of November
Gunpowder, treason and plot.
(And then it goes on but no-one knows the rest of it, only ever the first two lines :P)
Maybe you know it as Guy Fawkes night?
