I love that sports is the ultimate reality TV. There's no scripting what goes on when the whistle blows and you have to back up all the smack you've been dishing out to your opponent. I love that athlete who speaks his mind, even if it does get him in a little bit of trouble. I want to know what kind of conversation the first baseman has with the baserunners. I love that not a day goes by where there isn't a game on. My passion for sports was formed growing up in St. Louis. I've been fortunate enough to make a living -- at times -- reporting on games. I've been a broadcaster, producer, writer and editor for 20 years, working in Kansas City, St. Louis, Chicago, Milwaukee and Minneapolis. I currently reside in southern Minnesota with my wife and two children.
