Typical sports and beer geek with a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism and 6 years of sports broadcasting and newspaper writing experience. I grew up in Houston as an avid Oilers, Astros and Rockets fan. I stayed true to the Oilers and became a Titans fan when they changed cities. Collegiately, I bleed burnt orange. Hook Em!
I live in Los Angeles now and work in the craft beer industry as a consultant and as the LA Craft Beer Examiner. I am also a huge foodie, love to cook and occasionally teach beer tasting and food pairing classes (mostly private parties in the LA area). I am also currently studying for my beer expert certification and I am the host of a new beer show called Breweries, Bars & Beer Food.

No problem Chris. Like I said, I'm still undecided about what to think after Monday's game. Suffice to say, Texas vs. Ohio State has never been boring, and they've played some amazing games the past few years, despite having never played each other before 2005.
As for the Reds new park...I never thought I'd say this, but I kinda miss Riverfront, at least for the dimensions. GABP is a home run hitter's wet dream, which probably explains why the Reds' pitching has been awful since moving there save for last year.
What part of Northern Kentucky were you in? I've got family in Cold Springs/Fort Thomas just across the river from Cincinnati.
