Unfortunately not. But maybe we share some sort of Dutch connection.
I come from a family full of T&F runners, so we're huge fans of the sport in general (especially distance running). Indiana is our team, but Oregon is another one of the high-quality, historically-relevant program we follow pretty closely. Really enjoyed your piece.
I had no idea about that Mary Decker thing, and I will not take any offense to you changing it back. That's a good point, and thank you for letting me know.
You're welcome, Red! Just glad I was around to help.
I've heard of Loxsom, but sad to admit I don't follow it too closely now that I'm not there. Things sound promising for him from what I've heard, though.
Speaking of Penn State and track, any chance you ever came across John Lucas when doing any of your research/interviews? It's probably a stretch, but I thought of him when you mentioned PSU. He was big with the track community at the university.
No problem man, just love that you're advancing the sport
Sure thing, Red. I have scheduled times where I edit front-page articles, but if one of your articles has been without an edit for a while, feel free to let me know.
Not a problem, Red! Sorry I can't seem to get to them sooner. I'll gladly take a look at any article (whether it be the first look or a second glance), so don't hesitate to keep posting.
Have a great day!
Hey Red, I jumped in to make a couple of minor secondary edits. Great article!
You're welcome. Thanks for writing!
Sure thing. Great reasons for people to follow track and field!
