Mark has covered sports for nearly three decades. Home town is Philadelphia, where Mark covered the Flyers, as sports editor, of a daily paper, The Phoenix, out of Phoenixville, PA. Mark was also the sports editor for a small paper in central Ohio, the Record Herald in Washington Court House, Ohio in 2004. Since, Mark relocated to the Phoenix area, and covers the Coyotes for the Associated Press and bleacherreport.com. In addition, Mark covers the Arizona Diammondbacks for examiner.com, and Mark is currently writing a scholarly account of the American decision to participate in the 1936 Olympic Games.
Hey, would you be able to send your e mail to klangan@omnipossible.com? I want to get the B/R community leaders on a mailing list for a press release on behalf of Sports Media 101.
Thanks
Mark - in reference to AZ supreme court decision on mall developer - the court actually didnt block the "incentive" er gift in that case but did note that it quite likely violated the state Constitution, which was a truly bizarre ruling. it does set a precedant of sorts but not one that would likely hold up IMHO. it will be interesting to see if GWI does jump in on the coyotes deal and if that provides us further drama. as for yotes ending up in Peg - ya fer sure...dont think that is likely regardless. i wont be buying those bonds myself but do look forward to blackhawks on sat and Caps on monday night - we will know a lot more about this team playing past early April over the next week or so.
here is an email you can contact..

Excuse me sir, I'm the founder of a blog called rinkrage.blogspot.com, and unfortunately, one guy can't do it all, so I was wondering if you would like to start posting some of your material on my blog.
Hey Mark welcome to Bleacher Report, glad to have you aboard here and thanks again for the Phoenix Coyote article you posted today. Looking forward to reading your Coyote input in the future!
