Liked your Mich v ND article, on who will return to BCS status first.
Very good. Though a Domer-to-the-core, I feel Michigan has a slight edge. mainly, in that its a State school. while ND might snatch a BCS game prior to Mich, Mich is more likely to rebuild to a sustained level perrenial Top 20 success.
I just don't think tiny, academic, private schools (given their self-imposed admissions requirements) can compete with the big State Schools, who more or less can take any guy with a GED and a 4.3/40yrd dash.
USC is an exception, yet USC is neither small nor Top Flight in terms of SAT/ACT requirements.
I think ND, Stanford, BYU, TCU can build up to the occaisional break-out season, they will never be able to sustain at the levels of Fla, Bama, TX, in the modern age.
I hope I am wrong and that the team can excel annualy, but I just don't see it.

For the players who feel they are being exploited, I have the solution. If they feel like a college education, free health care, the best food and the opportunity to play football in front of tens of thousands of fans just simpley isn't enough, then the solution is simple. DON'T PLAY!

I read your list of things the NCAA should do. Wow! Your complete lack of understanding of the complexity of situations is astounding. By throwing out the uninformed drivel you wrote is irresponsible at best.
