Tottenham Spurs Put up Nine in Spectacular Performance
11/23/2009
I am currently finishing up my Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and History at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. Contrary to popular belief, I have no interest in AFL, Rugby League/Union or Cricket. My only love is football and I live and breathe this game every day. I never shy from giving a controversial opinion and love to stir up debates in anything related to this beautiful game. My initial skepticism of this community has given way to a belief that this site can transform into a place for 'serious journalism.'
I have contributed to numerous publications in Australia and Singapore. I try never to rewrite my lines as like Arundhati Roy, I believe that a writing style is deeply personal and subjective. It is a true reflection of how an individual feels about a certain subject. And just as these feelings can never change regardless of the criticisms, a writing style must stay constant also.
I have written about other topics before but I am relatively new to to sports writing. Over the months that I have been here, I have learnt a great deal from the experienced writers in this community. I have faith that this community can grow and I hope that my contribution, however insignificant, can help this community become the best in sports journalism.
Fans live for nights like this. It was an enrapturing night which fans witnessed nine goals in one half alone. As the whistle blew for half time, Spurs fans had no inkling that they would be in for a treat in the second half...

Hey,
The Season's Finally Over. FC Barcelona were crowned European Champions!
I'm reviewing the events and admitting with the heavy heart that Barca were the better team.
