Although I was born and raised in Kansas, I'm a Cali Girl at heart. I carry a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Kansas (KU) and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Richmond, VA School of Law. I moved to California after graduating from law school in Virginia. Being a military spouse, I've moved frequently. However, I have never abandoned those teams I grew up with, the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals. Of course, I never abandoned my alma mater, KU, remaining a proud Jayhawk to date. As of recent, I find myself rooting for the Chargers (except when playing the Chiefs) and the Padres. Being an alum, I never miss KU basketball or football, even if I have to stream the game through KJHK online. As a woman, my athletic knowledge and proficiency is always questioned, but, rest assured, as my husband will tell you, I KNOW MY SPORTS and I absolutely love to watch 'em. In addition to football, basketball and baseball, I am also a big fan of Anaheim Ducks hockey, women's handball (I only get to see this in the summer Olympic games), MMA and rally racing.
