About Matt »

I'm not really a big fan of talking about myself, but here goes. My name is Matt, and I live in the grand city of Murfreesboro. Murfreesboro is a big-small town. It's pretty boring, but whatever. It happens. But enough about the city, this is my bio!

I'm a teenager, and go to Siegel High School. I play the Saxophone in the band, and I'm an honors student. Don't read too much into that, because I'm the laziest person you'll ever meet. I'm going to go in a different direction with my Bleacher Report account. I'm going to start doing opinion F1 columns instead of college football. I have a little more substance with it, and the audience seems a little broader.

As for my future, I really hope to go into Sports Journalism in college. I hope to go to the University of Tennessee and go through their great program. Maybe one day you'll see me on TV, just like Woodie Paige!

When I am not on the computer, I am probably playing sax, watching sports, playing video games, or hanging out with friends. So is the life of a teenager. Hope you enjoy reading my stuff as much as I enjoy writing it.

The Music City Miracle. The biggest change in emotion in my life. Went from crying to jumping in seconds.

Hmm, probably MTSU-Troy in 2006. We just barely lost, but we still clinched a bowl game berth.
Most Unbreakable Sports Record

Cy Young's 511 Wins. Today's pitchers struggle to reach 300, so it will never happen.

Gretzky.
Pele or Maradona?

Pele. I want to say Maradona, but I just can't.
Federer or Sampras?

Federer. Federer will be considered the greatest all time when he retires.

Tiger. He'll top Jack's records.

Petty.
Schumacher or Senna?

Schumacher was cocky, and had the stats to back it up, so I'll go with him.
