About

I'm a broadcasting journalist major at Brooklyn College. I am hoping to work either for SNY or WFAN 660AM in New York.

Baseball is my favorite sport. A passionate Mets fan, I write blogs for MetsMerizedOnline.com. I also have my own Mets site, CitiField of Dreams.com. I do watch football. The New York Giants are my team.

I am known as Lady Met on myspace where I started to write my blogs. The name was actually given to me by my friends. Most people say I am a controversial writer when it comes to the Mets because I always suggest moves, that if I were the GM, people would kill me for, but would get the job done.

Hope you all enjoy the articles as much as I enjoy writing them.

Short List

  • Favorite Athletes

Roberto Celemente, Mike Piazza, Mariano Rivera and Derek Jeter (despite they are Yankees they are among the best at what they do)

  • Favorite Sports Teams

New York Mets and the New York Giants

  • All-Time Sports Moment

Mke Piazza's home run after 9/11/01 at Shea Stadium off of the Braves.

  • Most Memorable Game Attended

The NL East clincher back in 2006 at Shea Stadium. After it happened, I ran down to the field level seats and those of us who hung around saw the players come out to celebrate with the fans. It was great.

  • Most Unbreakable Sports Record

Hank Aarons' home run record. I will never consider it broken unless it is done legitimately.

  • Ruth or Mays?

    Willie Mays

  • Gretzky or Orr?

    Wayne Gretzky

Well, their article isn't too much different, but judge for yourself: http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/baseball/2008/10/15/2008-10-15_nats_eyeing_willie_randolph_as_coach.html

I think that it's fine the way it is, but it's up to you.
