Apparently, I was born pre-disposed to rhyming in my sports team names. Mets, Jets, and why not...Nets. Though I am having personal, inner trauma in rooting for a team owned by people I find immoral. It seems the higher powers didn't want me to have a favorite basketball team, as I also find the Knicks repulsive due to their despicable owners the Dolans.
So, maybe it's just Mets and Jets....and I'm OK with that...as it becomes increasingly difficult to religiously follow that many teams. I also like socc'a...but not feeling the hockey.
