    I hate this man so much that I actually have temporarily become a Raider, Chief, and Broncos fan. Anything to get rid of Norv. I guess that what I get for blaming Al Davis for Norv's ineptitude. The man can't develop talent, manage a game, or inspire the team. Ughh!
