Sean's Bio

Sean Crowe got his start writing for the now defunct dailysportsreport.com (although we’ve recently been informed that DSR is back…but we assure you, Crowe has absolutely nothing to do with the new site).

His influences include ESPN's Bill Simmons (from his Digital City Boston days) and the Boston Globe's Dan Shaughnessy before he went catatonic and was replaced by a random negative article regurgitating robot. He hates everyone who writes for the Boston Herald except for Steve Bulpett & Rob Bradford. Mike Reiss is his favorite sports writer at the moment, but he’s looking into becoming the president of the Amalie Benjamin fan club—for whatever that’s worth.

Crowe is married with 2 beautiful daughters. His wife is obviously a saint for putting up with him for over five years now. He's currently working in the IT Department at a manufacturing company in Newburyport.

Crowe is and has always been a die-hard Patriots, Red Sox, and Celtics fan. On July 13th, 2008 he officially disowned the Boston Bruins. He has recently (with the help of Bleacher Report’s NHL community) decided to make the Chicago Blackhawks his new hockey team—even though he currently knows absolutely nothing about them.
