Most Memorable Game Attended
1984 West Virginia/Boston College Football Game. It was Doug Flutie's senior season, the year he won the Heisman. Just before halftime, Flutie threw a pass to put the Eagles up 20-6. But the Mountaineers held them scoreless the entire second half and won 21-20. My dad and I were there together on the 50-yard line. What a game! And Flutie, as great as he was, never did beat us in a football game!

Julian Miller had a big game against the Cards. Looked like Mr. Turnbull, as you have said.

Hi RG
Here is the sixth installment of my Cooperstown’s Best series, rating the shortstops. This will be my final “blast” for these articles. It makes me feel cheap to pimp my articles, so I gotta stop it. Take a look if you can.

Hi RG
Sorry to monopolize your bulletin board this way, but I do value your opinion.
This is a follow-up to a story I wrote yesterday where I said Votto could be having “panic attacks’. Please take a look and see what you think.

Hey RG
This is a story about the shortened career of Herb Score and what could have been. I think it is some of my best work. Would you please look at it?

Awesome. I will try to hunt down a copy. I am eventually going to write a book about my father who is a former Marine that served in Vietnam during the Tet Offensive in the Quang Tri province.
It will be hard because he doesn't like talking about it at all and I have never really pressed the issue, but I feel that his story must be shared and told.
