Marius F. Bocco, Vice President of Operations of Nationwide Property Enhancement (NPE), exemplifies the utmost standards in customer care, and brings to the executive team, a strong customer service and accounting background, as well as a unique energetic and inspirational style.

Most recently, Marius has managed the operations for a property management company, taking on responsibility for talent acquisition, quality control for the construction projects, and financial oversight. Within the first several months on board, he identified and spearheaded cost cutting initiatives resulting in saving the company more than $50,000.

Marius’s prior professional background consists of 8 years as Accounting Manager and Chief of Personnel for a 400-employee fish company, Crustafic, and other companies in his home town of Lome, Togo, as well as over 12 years of award-winning customer service and sales experience in the United States private sector. Marius spent a year with the finance department for T-Mobile (Thornton, CO), focusing on customer payments and upselling opportunities. Prior to this, he held progressively responsible positions in all facets of customer care during a 10-year tenure with Echostar Communication, in Thornton, CO, where he received several sales awards, and earned top customer service ratings nearly every month. He coordinated operations for the outbound customer service center, and monitored quality assurancefor the inbound center, providing daily monitoring, analysis and reporting of customer operations, and identifying strategies for enhancing team performance, customer satisfaction and retention.

Marius’s customer-driven approach extends to his service within the community at large. He is a motivational speaker for high school and middle school students throughout Denver, CO, and provides support and inspiration to hospital surgery patients. He also utilizes his musical talents, in teaching African music instruments to 3-11 year olds, and plays the bongos for the Emmanuel Christian Center (ECC). Marius also serves as President of the Association of Beinese People of Colorado, fostering a sense of community and cultural pride.

Marius is fluent in several languages, and has a Bachelor ‘s Degree in Business Administration from Regis University in Denver, CO, where he majored in finance, human resources and management.
