Let's admit it--the position of quarterback is maybe the most fascinating position in all of sports. It's definitely the most carefully analyzed position. Here is a list of the best of the best...of the best--the 10 greatest seasons by a quarterback in the history of the NFL.

Looks like you were premature on the Johnson thing. Guilty until proven innocent my friend.

Who could have predicted the blowout in Vegas last night? If that's any indication of Gonzaga, then March looks good or more promising than the Memphis Massacre.

Hey Mitch,

Would like to know what you think about my latest article involving the hype of Louisville. I, for a fact, have something to say about that.

Dear Mitch,

Thank you for the analysis. As a Gonzaga fan, I hope that they beat St. Mary's. I would like to see both the Zags and Gaels make it to the NCAA's. St. Mary's has that extra game on Friday, they're gonna have to CRUSH EWU for that game to mean anything.

Mitch–2 things. One, I need your input on this article to shut down the anti-Miami comments.

Secondly, when did you expand your bio from "What the heck, I'm a sports fan". Fantastic information from you!

Your Pal, Baby Tate

So, what's you're freaking point in posting those?

You think I don't know or can't look up the results?

Actually, proves my point of 95 team having a MUCH better defense than 83. And an offense that was probably more physical and more explosive than the 83 team, especially if LP had been available all yr.

95 NU offense avg 52.4 points per game and 556 total offense per game

83 NU offense avg 52.0 points per game and 546 yards per game

95 NU defense 13.6 opponent points per game and 294 yards of total offense to opponents.

83 NU defense 15.5 opponents points per game and 368 yards of total offense

Gee, Mitch, seems all numbers on offense and defense seem to point to 95 NU. Offensive numbers for 95 needs to be noted that 95 team played one less game than 83 and was only 48 points of that teams scoring record.

Also, needs to be noted that 83 team played ONE more game to achieve that scoring record.

95 team put up these numbers playing FAR FAR stiffer competition than 83 team, having faced 3 teams in regular season that ended season in top 10!

Furthermore, two of the teams on 95 NU schedule ASU and MSU were very talented teams and just on the outside of top 25 rankings.

That 95 ASU team that got stomped 77-28 in Lincoln was the team that the very next year is undefeated in the RB and has a shot at the NC in the Rose Bowl against OSU. J. Plummer, K. Poole, P. Tillman, RIP and other future NFL players on that team. If NU and T.O. had wanted they could have beat that team 110 to freaking 10. Could have been an All Time blowout over a team that the very next year has a legitimate shot at the NC.

NU and T. Frazier, and CO, minus LP put 60 + points on that ASU team in the first half! They were up 28-0 and 35 - 7 at end of 1st qtr. Only reason ASU got the points they did is C. McBride emptied the bench in the early 2nd qtr to get reserve defenders experience. Experience against ASU first teamers that were still in the game.

NU only scored 14 in second half because T.O. was gracious and didn't play Frazier and rest of first string offense. ASU never had a chance to stop that team. And this is the same ASU team that Pac 10 Champion of 1995 USC could only muster 31 on in the entire game.

Oh and the 50-10 demolition of Michigan St in East Lansing. A Mich St team with T. Banks and M. Muhamad that later on that season beats Michigan.

Just another LAME ATTEMPT by a Miami fan to discredit 95 NU.

83 team better than 95 MY FREAKING ARSE!

Just another LAME ATTEMPT by a cane fan to discredit 95 NU.

I thought you were a pro Mitch.

A REAL PRO can set a side personal bias.

83 NU no comparison to 95 NU. COUGH COUGH!! Well, yeah jackass you're right in one respect.

95 NU would destroy that 83 team. NO COMPARISON

Idiot? I'm not the one trying to claim the 95 Huskers aren't worth comparing to 83 Nebraska?

That makes no sense buddy!
