Just saw your suggestion from two months ago. Love the idea. Sorry didn't get back sooner but seldom read the stuff in here. So much to do in putting three stories a week together I get burned out. I'll cut-and-paste it into a file, research it and POSSIBLY do something in next couple of months. I totally agree with the concept.

I do two previews (Odds, Preview, Prediction) a week on my own and get one weekly assignment so it's extremely time consuming. And although an FC and been writing 14 months for B/R (almost 1,000,000 reads) not a paid writer or employee. Always love your comments in the section under stories. You know your stuff.

Thanks for the love Jake. Been on a two-week writing hiatus as I'm caught up in Jury Services here but wanted to thank you for the follow brother. The strange days in Chelseaville continue...

    Hey mate,
Did a piece on Romelu Lukaku, since nobody on Bleacher Report seems to be talking about a man making rapid strides right now. Do have a look.

Thanks for the love Jake. Appreciate you taking the time to drop me a note, means more than you know to me. I'm not a fan of the "5 Reasons..." stories but when I do them you can assure they have been assigned by my editor. I double back and do the creative stuff that drives me and spend a great deal of time (5-11 hours) on each one and load them with relevant links for the reader that cares to use them. Was thinking about how much time I put into these (am unpaid as of now) and I could only relate it to my great grandmother's hand-made noodles that she took forever to make but ended up being epic every time. Big respect and enjoy the coming matches and seasons---this is really going to be a fun ride.

That is a good question. Honestly I am not sure and there are a lot of things that weigh into that. The right manager can make it a seamless transition once those two are gone, I thinks that is what is most important. If you look at a team like Dortmund, I honestly thing a lot of their players are overrated in relation to how they would fit elsewhere. On Dortmund with those guys they are perfect, but it would be interesting to see what would happen if they were to leave. I mean this season can really come down to poor management and nothing more. Not saying they would have won the league, but I think they definitely would be more competitive. I think guys like McEachran, Bertand, Lukaku, Romeu, etc are ready to play at this level. It all comes down to them being the right fit. If they find that then there is no reason they cannot be competitive every year.

I know mate. With that in mind, I'm going to be a little bit sneaky with the next roundtable.
