Billie P. Womancatcher is a Choctaw/Cherokee journalist residing on a remote hilltop in the Ozark foothills within the boundaries of the Cherokee Nation of OK.
Billie is retired, but he remains an avid CFB fan and occasional contributor to various media around issues in football and freshwater fishing. His favorite programs are U Texas, Notre Dame, Penn State, La. Tech, Ole Miss, Southern Miss, Northern Illinois, Fresno State, Arkansas, OU Oklahoma State, Texas A&M, Georgia State U Panthers, and Wisconsin. He enjoys most sports and follows a number of small school programs like those of Bacone College (a Native American Insitution), Prarie View A&M, Middle Tennessee, UTEP, Tulsa , and Roman Catholic Schools like alma mater St. Edward's University, Georgetown, Gonzaga, Fordham, Holy Cross, and Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK.
Womancatcher is a graduate of Georgia State University and St. Edward's University. He also attended, the Georgia State University School of Law.
Above all, he loves Longhorns sports, fishing, vegetable gardening, football, baseball, good books, great wine, dried apricot pie and fried catfish.
