Pretty simple: Let's say the phrase starts with "According to ESPN" and you wanted ESPN to be the link. You highlight ESPN and press the button in the toolbox that looks like a chain (when you hover over it with your mouse, it says "insert/edit link"). Once you press it, paste the URL of the site in the field "Link URL" and then you're all set!
