FL Raider Girl's Bio

My name is Lori O'Byrne. Currently, I reside in Florida with my husband and our teenage son. I am currently trying to enter Nursing school to become an RN. Besides that, I am a stay at home mom that absolutely loves football. Raider football to be exact. I watch other games also. Fantasy football sometimes, but my heart belongs to the Raider Nation.

One of my hobbies is collecting Raider football cards. I have a very large collection at this point. My goal is to have at least one card for every person that has played for the Raiders. Eventually the goal is every card. That's darn near impossible.

My free time consists of my either playing golf or going bowling. Those are two sports outside of football that I absolutely love. I have only been golfing for about 7 months, but I have been a bowler for about 15 years.

Other than that, it's just family, Raider Football and playing some golf once in awhile. That's it about me, anything else ya want to know, just ask.

    You mentioned a rule that if both the offensive and defensive player come down with a ball then it goes to the reciever. I just wanted you to know there is no such rule. The rule is
    The player who first controls and continues to maintain control of a pass will be awarded the ball even though his opponent later establishes joint control of the ball.

    This isnt T-ball where the tie goes to the runner.

    Applying that rule to the Raiders Bills game I would say that it was a catch by Evans and should not have been a interception so I was wrong on that aspect.

    Great articles. Will you be attending the Mecca when you go to the game on Monday? I have gone twice and it is well worth the price of admission. I did Mecca with a bunch of the people from the SoFla Boosters and they are a hoot. Have fun at the game.
