I'm a true sports dork and have no problem admitting it. Some people follow the numbers on Wall Street, I follow box scores.
I don't watch TV, I watch sports. In my mind, commentators are my friends, I see them everyday and occasionally shout at them. Although they can't hear me, I'm not alone on this one.
As a kid I attended countless IHL hockey games and have seen scores of young NHL talent at the IHL level and even a few current coaches.(Ken Hitchcock, Claude Noel)
When attending a sporting event, I love to watch the warm-ups because there's plenty to learn about the game during those crucial moments directly before.
Just a massive sports fan who loves to write.
Thanks for taking the time to check out my work. Enjoy.

Ha, you're welcome, Matt! Always glad to help out! I always enjoy your articles. As for the "perfect," I always try to give at least some kind of edit-related feedback (even if it was just a comma tweak) so the writer can go take a look if they want. Keep up the great work!

If you are looking for story ideas, how about the mile-high home advantage. Check out the stats on how long it takes to adjust to the rarefied air. I have heard that even the home team advantage only applies to veterans who have acclimatised for 3 years or more. Opponents at DEN home games balk at the NFL requirement of arriving x amount of time before the kickoff. I certainly would enjoy knowing the skinny on that topic. The truth may allow me have a somewhat less than my currently optimistic outlook for Peyton Manning's ease of success.

Way to go with your article: QBs Facing Make-or-Break Years. Lots of passionate and intelligent responses.
