Passionate, life-long fan of NE Sports. I was raised on a steady diet of Red Sox baseball, Patriots football, Bruins Hockey and Celtics Basketball. More importantly, I remember when the teams struggled, before the gilded age of Boston sports, that we currently enjoy. Save the Celtics, there were more dark days as a fan of those teams than not.
I was born in Worcester, MA (thankfully, without the painful accent when I speak) and grew up in Rhode Island. I attended the University of Rhode Island on a Track and Field Scholarship, competing for 3 years at the Division 1 level.
I enjoy a wide variety of sports and athletics at all levels, but MLB and NFL win out as my favorites.
