Al's Wingman's Bio
The reason for this blog is I was an Oakland Raiders season ticket holder for several years and felt the need to share my opinion publicly. I'm tired of the franchise crashing and burning in slow motion NFL Films style. Maybe I can't stop it but I will call attention to who is causing it and offer some ironic hope where I can with my own ideas, humor and whatever else.
Bottom line is change must happen so while we wait for Undead Al to go away (at least in theory he should be gone eventually) we'll have fun along the way slamming the embarrasing facade that has become the Oakland Raiders franchise - a once proud franchise that is now a laughing stock to all but those who have no clue.
I have no connection whatsoever to the Oakland Raiders organization, any of their booster clubs, former players, insiders or media. Everything I write about here is inspired by something either in the public domain or the history of football.
